I've updated the form with the v1 dataset link. I don't know if Google Drive is the best alternative, so after I find a better one, I'll update it 🤔.

Do I understand correctly that "wall" objects do not include (trace over) windows and doors?

Right, the dataset only contains wall definitions (with their rectangular segments) and the slab perimeter. Any other non-structural element is not included... but highly appreciated (I hope future contributions propose new elements 😄).
