RCS dorsal/ventral are swapped compared to RPM

pressing I/K moves the MAS_RCS_Stick_ADV stick in the opposite direction that it does in RPM.

(this matters because of VR - moving your hand up/down while it is attached to the knob will go the opposite direction in MAS)

Note that for whatever reason, the keyboard controls are inverted - I moves the ship down/ventral and K moves the ship up/dorsal. The Translation knob is set up to be not inverted in RPM.

edit: it just occurred to me that this might just be a problem of how the prop got converted. I’ll check it out.
