When the Toolbox->Lighting->Background is black the Time cannot be seen

Because there is no way to change the time label color (default black) it cannot be seen when the background is set to black.
Probably should add a Time Labels tab to the Lighting dialog (similar to Toolbox->Color Bar->Labels
