Update version number for new release

Update the version in __init__.__version__ for the v0.2.0 milestone. The current version in __init__ jumped the gun and reads "0.1.13". Keep this as-is if this is the next version number, or change if it's 0.2.0.

See my comment on #123 -- this is one of a few small issues left for the v0.2.0 milestone.
