Why does mrcpp require eigen 3.4.0 when it also appears to build just fine against eigen 3.3.9?

There used to be an issue with Eigen v3.3.90, but I don't know if that version is even available anymore?

Fedora 35, which I used for these calculations, has eigen3-devel-3.3.9-7.fc35.noarch
