Deletion of Codernity DB from codebase

The python2 compatible version of the module used caching in the transliteration itself, and Codernity was used for that.
However, the context at which this module is meant to be used is limited to relatively small files, and perhaps caching is not really needed. To test thins assumption, caching was turned off temporarily, and there was no change in the transliteration output.
In addition, since there is no python3 version of Codernity, so perhaps it should be removed from the codebase altogether.
