Egg not hatching.

Just like #181 Getting the egg works fine and the dragons do as well, though they seem to not have their special abilities that I've seen them have (Ex. Ice dragon doesn't make ice on water). I tried breeding two dragons and it work as well.
When I get any egg from the creative menu the description is "It looks like this egg will take a long time to hatch". When the egg is placed the animation plays, when I switch to survival mode and pick up the egg the description stays the same.
I left the eggs (I placed all of them) for half an hour (The hatching time should be 600 seconds?) and nothing happened, the sparkly animation played the whole time. EXCEPT Im on my paid server. I dont know how to fix this
In the 1.19+ versions of the mod, the dragon egg hatching is more randomized and based on random block ticks. There's a chance the egg will advance in a hatch stage whenever it's ticked by random block ticks (kinda like how theres a chance crops can grow every once in a while).
While it can be frusturating to wait, I'm monitoring the time it takes for eggs to hatch based on the random values and I am adjusting those chances accordingly.
