hello, i tried to make a server with this mod installed, but everytime i tried to join it wouldn't let me saying that i required a datapack, but i can't seem to find it anywhere

The datapack registry is supplied with the jar file of the mod, there is no datapack for this case. Triple check you have the jar loaded on the server AND the client.
