Low quality textures on vehicle depot

Issue description

Hi,

i started playing COI again and notices that on the Vehicle depot 1 (so the first one) the graphics textures are just way to low compare to another buildings

Compare that to "newer" buildings this is really different texture quality is that suppose to be such low quality?

I will not add a save to this but the screenshot show the issue quit clear.

Reproduction steps

Just build a vehicle depot 1 and look at the textures.
