Furance MK II wrong Materialcost

Issue description
The Furance MK II has the wrong materail upgrade cost: Here is with 100% Increase material cost but the issue is also on the normal cost: Upgrading cost the same as building them new.
reduce the building cost to
330 Materials Tier 3 + 30 Steelplattes + 30 Copper wires. Keep in mind this are numbers with 100% material increase sizes.
Reproduction steps
Open the Save files and check the Upgrade cost of the Furance as picture above. Compare that to the buildingsprices of a new Furances MK II
