dockmate: be able to pin a preview and sort by pins then something else

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In apps with lots of windows (chrome, vscode, etc), there is usually a "main" one and then others. It would be great to be able to pin/star/etc a window and then sort by pin then alphabetically or pin, desktop, alpha.

1. an option in settings that adds another sort option to the dropdown
2. a pin/star icon when hovering over previews
