DockMate: Add option to preferences to enable DarkMode for DockMate

We are using DockMate and it's a nice replacement for hyperdock. :-)

The only thing what we don't like is: in order to make the background of the preview windows dark you have to enable darkmode in system preferences (the problem is that you are switching the whole system to darkmode which most of us don't like).

It would be very nice if you could add an option to enable Darkmode in DockMate (so we don't have to switch the whole system to darkmode) because Dockmate looks very modern and nice with a dark windows background.
