Bundles can't be installed (macOS Ventura)

Bug Report
Current Behavior
I can't install bundles. Drag-and-drop dropping a bundle to the app does nothing, bundles installed from the app also don't work and aren't shown in the app.
Expected behavior/code
Bundles can be installed and are shown in the app afterwords.

Tried rebooting, no result.
