Support for Swift Package

I think it would be nice to be able to add a dependency on XADMaster using Swift Package Manager:
https://swift.org/package-manager/

I've done that for the universal detector dependency (untested, https://github.com/vincent-le-normand/universal-detector/tree/swift-package). I started to look at that for XADMaster, and it does not seems completely trivial.

However, if you are interested by this support, I am ok to help on that.
