Question: Where are the proprietary blobs?

In Android, these same ARM processors have a lot of proprietary blobs, do these not exist on Chromebooks?? In other words, are these just for things like LTE etc that are not needed in chrome os?

They are either already built-into boot firmware, or in https://github.com/Maccraft123/Cadmium/tree/master/fs/firmware
