Open Configuration Action

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I was just recently attempting to create a button that would act like the "configure Macro Deck" option, allowing me to open the actual Macro Deck 2 application for button adjustments, but I could not find a way to do so.

Describe the solution you'd like
It'd be nice if there was an action that could open and close the configuration program.

Describe alternatives you've considered
If I could figure it out, what I want could possibly be achieved via the Windows Utils plugin
