while macrodeck running "Down Arrow" key doesn't work even in virtual/on-screen keyboard tested on 2.13.2 to 2.14.1

Describe the bug
while macrodeck running down arrow key doesn't work even in virtual/on-screen keyboard. other arrow keys are working.
i tested on:
2.14.1
2.14.0
2.13.2
same issue persist

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. run 'macrodeck'
  2. test arrow keys in 'explorer.exe' or in browser
  3. try to select file with arrow keys
  4. now close 'macrodeck'
  5. test it again you will see down arrow key now working.

Expected behavior
macrodeck shouldn't change keys behaviors.

nvm, i misconfigured down key as a hotkey because brain damage. it is a problem on my side.
