Error 500 in Twig

Hi, I've install fresh SimPas and have this error
500 Internal Server Error
Exception in Twig_Template::displayWithErrorHandling()
But, apache log for error is empty.

Paste in here last_exception log (storage/last_exception.cgi)

Sorry, I forgot to change the permissions on the folder.
The issue can be closed.
