converting json file to paimon excel file

Hi! i need help converting a json file to a excel file that paimon moe accept, i had try many ways and even importing the data myself but all i got was unknown name, my history and data is all in hotgame.gg's wish counter and I have over 500 wishes, i dont wanna put in the data myself can anyone help?

please elaborate what data format do you have (UIGF, paimon.moe export backup, etc?)
