I think WordPress with Gutenberg has the best UI from all the CMS I've seen. I'd like to use it in Silverstripe - I think it is the right way even for Silverstripe team to think about and integrate going forward.
What is your experience using Gutenberg in Silverstripe? Was it worth it? Are you still using it?
