Favored Weapons w/KotC/feats

Using a longsword (tested with Fellblade and attuned dino) that's favored (Sovereign Host and/or T4 KotC Knight's Training, also the toggle for Favored Weapon is on) the damage bonus from T1/2/3 Combatant enhancements is staying inactive and not applying. The T4, Knight's Training, gives the +1/+1 to everything but not the additional to-hit-and-damage that should be for Favored Weapons.

Also, Child of Faith and Beloved of the Divine are listing as inactive with the above.

I'm on a HOrc 15/5 Pally/DLord build if that helps.
