extra permanent Destiny point

I've noticed this on all my characters. I have 13 permanent Destiny points in game but the builder keeps giving me a 14th permanent point somewhere.

I've unchecked all the destinies and tomes and I still show 1 mystery permanent destiny point.

Its due to erroneous Fate points being allocated to a feat that has since gone away in game.
