Twitter has been renamed to X, so the name, logo and URL should be updated.

Here's a PR(#351) to replace twitter with X, including logo and URL. Should we push it online now, or wait for other platforms to update, e.g. twitter in the footer of https://docs.nervos.org/ @matt-nervos
