Is it possible to start and stop on custom angle?

@k06a For now I have only added one direction which is the clock wise direction. Will soon give a update on the Anti-clock wise direction, with which you can design the timer.

I had implemented this timer myself, but I think it will be nice your component to have this functionality. Close this issue to attract my attention, when it will be done :)
