Android 4.4.2 / Chrome 81 Bugs

On Chrome 81 (Latest version available for Android 4.4.2) there are some bugs, as you can see in the screenshot. This includes:
- Maximize Button doesn't have an icon
- Start Menu doesn't list programs
- Taskbar doesn't look right
