Personal Teleporter

A device that will deploy on the surface it hits. Activating it again will teleport the player to the location of the effect.

Upon teleporting, the player telefrags anything that's in the way.

The device dislodges under the following conditions:

• Damaged by the player directly
• No room for the player to fit and the device cannot adjust
• Time expires (around 5 minutes)
