A module designed to make applying and customizing themes easier for users and theme authors.
Users can apply multiple themes at once, configure colors, and any theme related settings.
Theme authors can create everything from simple fixes for specific elements, to entire UI overhauls with system-dependant styles.

The provided Ocean Blues theme comes with 5 pre-made color sets:

This module is available via the Foundry Package Browser, simply search for "Whetstone"

I have created a stub theme, Spearmint. You can use the following module as a base to create your own full system-theme.
Themes can be published as normal modules with a depedency listed for Whetstone. Users install your theme through the module browser as normal and enable them via Whetstone's config.
I will maintain a short list of themes in the wiki.
