CVE-2022-30123 - High Severity Vulnerability

A fresh bundle install / update gets rack 2.2.3.1 which has the fix.

This is an indirect dependency, neither openid_connect nor rack-oauth2 released any recent version requiring >= 2.2.3.1, so not sure there is anything kubeclient should do at this point.

Also, it seems neither openid_connect nor rack-oauth2 use Rack::Lint or Rack::CommonLogger so may be irrelevant.
