Display workflow information on MiqTasks for dynamic dialog runs

We added workflow information for the MiqRequests in this PR #8782 but that only works for Service provision/retire/reconfigure entrypoints. Dynamic dialog runs don't have MiqRequests they only have MiqTasks.
It would be nice to be able to see the workflow information for these tasks on the Settings / Tasks page:
