Sending messages with source and destination port is preventing the creation of multiple local devices

This change was committed on 26 of Aug. Seems that it's interrupting the multiple local devices from getting an answer (For testing, I changed that back and it worked) .
Teste with YABE, and all devices is displayed as one device (There is a race condition)

@RamiKhawaly can you be specific in exactly what code you changed back. And be more specific about what you mean by race condition?
