Mango 3.7.7 - Unable to Grant/Upgrade License for 4.0.0

The store doesn't have any UI to let you Change or Grant a 3.x license for 4.0. Basically I upgraded Mango to 4.0.0-beta.8 and it starts up unlicensed and CouldConnect terminates Mango so I cannot contact the store to register my GUID against 4.0.0.

- Mango without registered GUID (Pre-Grant)
