Feature request: export deleted mods

When installing a new HF patch and telling it to delete all mods and plugins, would it be possible to either

a) export the old mods and plugins to a directory (call it hf-deleted or something)

b) generate a text file that says the mods and plugins that were removed?

Every time you install HF Patch a backup zip is created in your game directory.
