Kayea, Amber and Lisa it's impossible to catch them... In the game the players can buy incial characters (if i rember//sorry for bad english), and we can buy the characters in future?

Someone has suggested me to provide starter characters in the shop ( #47 ) maybe I'll add them in the future, but it's not my priority for now.
And about Kaeya, Amber and Lisa, they are only available in Standard Wish. But as you know, the recent banner has more items than the first version banner, so the chance to get Amber/Kaeya/Lisa will be decreased, you can switch to the first banner for more chances in catching them ( #41 )
