Can't add a new list

I am using Go-For-It 1.7.2 on Ubuntu 18.04
I cannot add a new list because the 'Apply' button on the List settings dialog remains disabled. I am not sure if this is a bug or I am using the system wrong. See attached screenshots below.

JMoerman/Go-For-It@ecdaa89 should fix this the ppa should have a fixed version within an hour.
