MacOS: new gdal version and new dependencies

Describe the bug
GDAL version is now 3.8
GDAL from brew got new dependencies , which needs to be added in the bundling step.
What have you done to circle down the problem?
Build the MacOS version of QMS
To Reproduce
run build script MacOS/build-all.sh
Expected behavior
Build without errors
