Can't install printer

Hello.
I'm using your script, but it seems that I can't add a brand new USB printer (a ticket printer) and use it. I know the printer is connected because the configurator application from the print vendor works correctly. It's just Windows 10 that does not recognize it as a printer and it does not appear in the printing dialog of a web browser, for example.
It does not install nor asks for drivers and there is no device without drivers in the Windows device manager. It seems I should be able to print without a problem.
The only clue I have is that your script disables the Spooler service and removes the Print Management Console. I don't know if those would be the only issues.
I can manually run the Spooler service no problem, but I can't reinstall the Print Management Console. First it fails with error code 0x80072EFD, but that's because something is being blocked by Windows Defender Firewall. If I disable Windows Defender Firewall for a moment and try again, then it fails with error code 0x80246008.
Could you tell me what lines of the script I would need to revert, even if temporally, to be able to use a printer?
