Failed tracks per run are not saved in an m3u

Hi, I've noticed that for a while now, 1T fails to save the tracks that didn't get autotagged successfully in a playlist. The playlists for failed tracks still show the total number of tracks attempted per run.

Hi, i was able sort it out,
it seems that 1T is creating double entries in the m3u's. For some reason it rewrites the same file paths after the initial ending
