CTRL+S not working in Quick Tag

When quicktagging I want to use CTRL+S to save my changes. When doing so a message pops up in the corner telling me it was saved but still getting the prompt that I have unsaved changes, only saving via the popup seems to work for me.

After some more testing let me elaborate in this;
Saving with ctlr+s does work but the popup still shows up, clicking Discard closes the popup and still saves my changes. Sometimes the Save button in the popup does not close the modal and I have to click Discard to close it anyway
