目前 CDN 只刷新带 `index.html` 后缀的 url，不刷新无后缀 url

好像控制台的 url 重写 并不能解决这个问题

(访问 url 重写)[https://cloud.tencent.com/document/product/228/47367] 配置 /*/ /$1/index.html 可以解决，之后访问都会默认跳转到 index.html，但是好像评论和访客统计因此失效了（被识别为不同页面）

通过修改数据库的方式恢复了评论
