Chameleon Date Click Handler Doesn't Respect shadowRoot

Describe the bug
The chameleon-date click handler this.closeOverlay doesn't respect shadowRoot, therefore, if you use the date picker component inside of a shadowRoot, the overlay will never close.

Expected behavior
Date picker overlay should close no matter where in the document you click and should respect date pickers inside of shadowRoot
