Is it a bug in this software (app doesn't seem to find any devices):

The bluetooth is still a big WIP, it doesn't works yet for advertisement.
Check the README here to see workaround for your laptop to see your android device.

In the meantime, I'm closing this as it's a known issue and WIP.
