Ignore secondary fail-over WAN

Hi Martineau!
I am currently using your script and love it
However, I have recently added a upstream router with a 4g LTE SIM card as a dual WAN failover.
How can I have this script ignore this upstream router, and still go ahead and reboot if only my primary WAN is down?
You can see the moment I unplug my primary WAN and the script fails a bit before the secondary upstream failover WAN kicks in and then all is well.
I'd like to get this script to ignore the secondary failover WAN and still reboot.
