sample/demo/playground not compiling nor working

sample/demo/playground not compiling nor working...came across this library and looks promising, however, not compiling after downloading and installing pods. trying to integrate into my project and do not see additional options in the attributes inspector

copied the contents of the source code folder (and child folders) over. this seems to work. please update your documentation says that there are issues if you use carthage
