Add a textfield for inserting motor distance on automatic calibration when skipping the tighten step

In our setup we are unable to perform the part of the automatic calibration that measures the distance between the motors. There is no free straight line between the motor chain sockets.
But we want to use the rest of the automatic calibration tool.

So now we skip the step where you tighten the chain to measure, but we are unable to add a distance.

There are two ways to do this. You can either use the manual calibration option like this:

Or enter the distance directly in the settings and then skip that step in the calibration process:
