Default files are not saved on install.

I've tried restarting my server several times. The plugin is running but the default config files are never saved.
It works for me. Too little info.
Actually your information is wrong on your plugin site... your instructions tell people to look in the wrong place. Might want to fix that before dismissing a valid issue without checking it.
Installation
This plugin requires Java 7.
Put mcore.jar in the plugins folder. Download MCore here on BukkitDev.
Put vampire.jar in the plugins folder.
Start the server and immediately stop it again to generate the default configs.
Modify /plugins/vampire/conf.json to your liking.
Modify /mstore/vampire_conf@default/instance.json to your liking.
Configure permissions. You may want to use the “kit” parent permissions.
There is NO /plugins/vampire/ folder at all but the /mstore/ folder is there. Attempted this on multiple computers and there is NO plugin folder with the 1.7.2 r0.3 version of craftbukkit.
