no configs?

When i run the plugin, it is saying enabled and everything in the log

but there is no vampire directory created in the plugins directory, no config

and the files for vampire in the mstore aspects directory are both empty also just have {}

i deleted all of the created directories, unloaded all of the other plugins, and the mstore seems to have a useful config now for me

still no plugin directory config, is that normal?
