3D Head Pose Estimation using AAM and POSIT

Hi all,
I was able to test the 3D Head Pose Estimation using AAM and POSIT sample application with the given image. But I would like to test the pose estimation with webcam. The sample code given in page 227 of the Mastering Opencv book seems to be incomplete. Is there some sample app for pose estimation from webcam available?
