RasPBX doesn't seem to work when the image is put on an SSD - Raspberry Pi 4B

I'm trying set up a new RasPBX server on a Raspberry Pi 4B, but this one has a damaged SD card reader, so I need to run it off a USB adapter and SSD. It never fully boots up - after recognizing the USB input devices it just sits there. It's responsive - hitting enter and typing shows up on the display, but it doesn't allow any actions to be taken.

Sorry, but I think you should get one with working SD reader...
