404 when install the new signing key

Hi, I met this 404 error before apt update.
I use the latest raspbx-10-10-2020.zip
So we need to download and install the new signing key with the following command: wget -O /etc/apt/trusted.gpg.d/php.gpg https://packages.sury.org/php/apt.gpg.
