Notification should expire when app is opened

When you receive binary SMS, by default app does not show notification. However, if you go to permissions and manually set permission to send notification, app will show notification.

So the problem is, that app does not ask for notification permission - but it should do so.

Notificaton should be persistent, should not expire after some amount of time.

It has been a false alarm. Notification is actually persistent, but should disappear when user opens the app. Currently it does not disappear if user opens app and even if user goes to see the received silent SMS storage.
